Residential group “PETRA” is a full-time type of care and offers a temporary home to children and adolescents ages 6 and up, if they cannot stay with their families due to serious stress.
The aim of the aid is to bring the children and adolescents back into their families within two years.
On one hand, clear structures in everyday life and diverse forms of action and experience in the leisure area offer the opportunity to strengthen social skills and personal development of children and adolescents.
On the other hand, a return should also be made possible through intensive parenting work.
These varied tasks are carried out by a multi-professional team of psychologists and pedagogues.
